Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date sent, unless otherwise stated. Pricing reflects current inventory and freight rates; if either changes materially during the quote period, we will reissue.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you reply by email accepting the quote and we acknowledge receipt. We will not ship without explicit confirmation.

Payment

Payment is due before shipment unless an established net-30 account is in place. We accept ACH, check, and credit card. There is no surcharge on card payments under $5,000.

Grade & condition

We sell totes in five published grades (New, Reconditioned, Rinsed, As-Is, Recycle-only). The grade you order is the grade we ship. If you receive a tote that does not match the ordered grade, contact us within 7 days for credit or replacement.

Freight & delivery

We quote landed cost (totes + freight) up front. If our freight estimate is wrong, we absorb the difference. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees — we will keep you informed of changes by email.

Damage in transit

Inspect deliveries on arrival. Note any damage on the carrier's BOL before signing. Photograph and email us within 48 hours for claim filing. We do not accept damage claims raised more than 7 days after delivery.

Returns

Used, reconditioned, and as-is totes are sold as-final-sale once shipped, unless the unit does not match the ordered grade. New totes can be returned within 30 days at customer freight expense, in original condition.

Reconditioning service

When you send us your fleet to be reconditioned, we will return the same units (not equivalent units) unless we discuss a swap-out program in advance. We are not responsible for prior product residue in totes you send us — please ensure totes are empty and identified.

Limitations of liability

Our maximum liability on any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including loss of product stored in our totes after delivery. Suitability for your specific application is your responsibility — we are happy to advise during quoting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Boone County, MO.

Changes

Last updated: January 2026. We will notify customers with active quotes or orders of any material changes.
