A referral service
IBC Second Life is a referral service. When you send a quote request, we pass it to partner suppliers in our network. We don’t sell totes, perform reconditioning or transport, or enter into any contract for goods or services with you.
Partner suppliers set the terms
Any quote, order, price, payment, delivery, pickup, warranty, return or refund is between you and the partner supplier you choose to deal with, on that supplier’s terms. Read a supplier’s quote and terms before you accept them.
Free, no-obligation requests
Sending a quote request is free. It does not oblige you to buy, sell or accept any quote.
