What we collect
When you submit our contact / quote form, we collect: your name, email, phone, company (if provided), city, state, postal code, the product type and service you selected, quantity, grade preference, any message you wrote, and the URL of the page you submitted from.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your request. That is the entire purpose. We do not enroll you in a newsletter without asking. We do not send you future marketing without permission. We do not share your information with any third party except as needed to physically fulfill your order (e.g., a freight carrier needs your delivery address).
How long we keep it
We retain quote and order records as long as needed for tax, warranty, and customer history — typically seven years. You can request deletion of your record at any time by emailing hello@ibc-secondlife.com.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses minimal first-party cookies for basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or behavior trackers on this site.
Form submissions
Form submissions are processed through a third-party form-handling service that securely stores and forwards submissions to our team. The service operates under standard commercial data-processing terms and does not use your information for any purpose other than delivering it to us.
