Who it is for

Built for operations that cycle totes on a calendar.

Monthly

Co-packer empties swap

Beverage, sauce, and personal-care co-packers running 30+ totes a month. Fixed-day arrival, clean-for-empty swap, wash records on every batch.

Quarterly

ESG diversion log

Corporate sustainability teams that need quarterly HDPE diversion numbers with chain-of-custody. CSV plus an executive summary every cycle.

Seasonal

Ag plant & harvest

Pre-staged delivery for liquid-fert season, pickup of empties post-harvest. A standing slot on the board with no quote required after year one.

How it runs

Five steps, then it runs quietly.

Step 01

Describe the operation.

Volume per cycle, cadence, grade mix, and your dock constraints. Email it once; we build the schedule around it.

Step 02

We price it as a contract.

Per-tote and freight locked for the term, not re-quoted each cycle. One number, one invoice cadence.

Step 03

You get a standing slot.

A fixed day on the dispatch board. You stop chasing quotes; we show up on schedule with clean units.

Step 04

Swap, pick up, document.

Clean reconditioned units in, your empties out, a signed transfer record left on site every visit.

Step 05

Reporting lands in your inbox.

Diversion totals, wash records, and chain-of-custody for the cycle — ready for audits and Scope 3 inventory.

Recurring service pairs naturally with reconditioning on an owned fleet and with buyback when you are retiring units. If you are not sure a standing program fits, send the form and describe the operation — we will tell you straight.

Recurring service FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Full FAQ →

Common questions about standing swap-out, pickup, and reporting programs.

What is the minimum volume for a recurring tote program?
Recurring programs make sense from roughly 30 totes per cycle, but we also run smaller seasonal ag and emergency-response programs. Tell us your volume and cadence and we will quote a schedule that fits.
How does a swap-out program actually work?
On a fixed day we arrive with clean reconditioned units, drop them, pick up your empties, and leave a signed transfer record. The empties go back to our Columbia, MO wash bay for the next cycle.
Can I change quantities between cycles?
Yes. The schedule is a standing slot, not a rigid contract quantity. Email the adjusted count before your pickup window and we flex the trailer load up or down to match.
Do recurring customers get diversion and chain-of-custody reporting?
Yes. Quarterly customers receive a CSV of HDPE diverted, steel saved, and CO2e avoided, plus a one-page summary suitable for Scope 3 inventory and reuse audits.
How is recurring service priced versus one-off orders?
Standing programs are priced as a contract, not a series of one-offs, so the per-tote and freight numbers are lower and locked for the term. Most fleet customers save 30 to 45 percent versus buy-and-discard.

We will put a recurring slot on the board and price it as a contract — not a series of one-offs.
